2. Educational use

All questions, explanations, summaries, and analytics are provided for educational and practice purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific exam outcome.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. You may not share, resell, or otherwise distribute content from the platform.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to scrape, copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the question bank or AI outputs. Automated access without prior authorization is prohibited.

6. Intellectual property

All content, including validated and reviewed questions, explanations, and analytics, is owned by The PMPilot or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The PMPilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
